DIRECTIONS Soak pollock fillets in milk or cold water and keep it in a refrigerator overnight. Before preparing it, drain and rinse with cold water several times. In a saucepan, put pollock fillets in water and boil and simmer it for 10 minutes. After it is boiled, cool it. Shred it. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, water and adobo to make a batter. Mix garlic, cilantro and shredded fish to a smooth batter. Add pepper or seasoning. In a skillet, heat oil. Put a spoonful of batter into hot oil and cook till it is golden brown Drain it on a paper towel.
