How to prepare

After removing from the bag defreeze overnight in refrigerator. For quick thawing put it in a clean plastic bag and place in cool water until thawed.

Fully cooked chunks of squid tentacles, ready for your favorite salad or ceviche recipe. Just defreeze it, marinate it with your favorite seasoning and serve.

Fried Squid Tentacles
Things You'll Need

  • Deep skillet
  • Peanut oil
  • Deep-fry thermometer
  • Flour
  • Shallow dish
  • Salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Tongs
  • Plate

DIRECTIONS
Before preparing it, drain and rinse with cold water several times.
Half fill a deep skillet with peanut oil. Heat it to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour some flour into a shallow dish. Season the flour with salt, lemon pepper and Cayenne pepper to taste. Put the damp squid tentacles in the seasoned flour and place them carefully into the oil. Fry till crisp. Take out on a plate with tongs on paper towel.
